The MTU Careers Fair provides an excellent opportunity for leading employers to engage directly with MTU students and graduates. The guidance, insights, and opportunities you provide play an important role in helping students develop their skills, explore career pathways, and make informed decisions as they transition into professional life.
Early booking is strongly recommended, as exhibition spaces are limited. Once all available spaces have been allocated, organisations will be placed on a waiting list and contacted should a place become available.

Payment Information
Early Bird – €350
Take advantage of the Early Bird rate of €350 by registering and securing your place before 31 July 2026.
From 1 August 2026, the Standard Ticket price will increase to €450.
Organisations may choose to pay either online or by invoice.
In all cases, payment must be received no later than 7 September 2026.
The Standard Ticket includes:
An exhibition stand at the Careers Fair
Company visibility on the Careers Fair Plus App
Access for students and attendees to view your company profile and website link
Optional Advertisement Package – €100
Organisations may enhance their visibility by purchasing a rolling banner advertisement on the Careers Fair Plus App for an additional €100.
Participants who select this option will be contacted regarding artwork requirements. The deadline for submission of advertisement artwork is 31 July 2026.
Exhibition Stand Information
Please ensure that all display materials and equipment fit within the allocated exhibition space.
Please note:
Maximum of one stand per organisation
Maximum of four representatives per stand
Electrical power points are available upon request
The allocated space can accommodate a standard 85cm pop-up display stand
Pricing
€350 for bookings confirmed before 31 July 2026
€450 for bookings confirmed from 1 August 2026
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation ticket reserving your exhibition stand. To secure your booking, please ensure all required registration and payment steps are completed.
Book Early
Once capacity is reached, a waiting list will operate, and any available spaces will be offered to organisations in order of registration.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued provided that written notice is received by email at careerskerry@mtu.ie at least 28 days prior to the event.
