- Please only pay this fee if you are visiting from a European and non-Irish university, and you have registered for this event already.
- Please arrive in Cork on the evening of Sunday 22nd March. Hotel check-in is available from 3pm.
- Please do not leave the event until it has finished at 2pm on 27th March. If you leave earlier you may not receive your certificate of completion certificate, which means you may not be able to apply for the Erasmus Travel Grant.
