What Happens Next:
- If you have booked by Credit Card, you will receive an automated ticket reserving a stand at the Career Fair.
- If you have booked by Invoice, you will receive a ticket which will be issued in due course.
- The ticket will provide a link to the MTU Career Fair App.
- Please submit information about your organisation and graduate opportunities which will populate the Career Fair App for your listing, ASAP.
- The Career Fair App is an excellent marketing tool (with 18,000 impressions at the 2024 Careers Fair) and will be used as a career tool for the next 12 months.
- Once the Career Fair App is live, you will have access to Employer FAQ’s and more event information.
- Our Career Fair App trusted partner is Career Soft (Career Fair Plus), and you can contact them directly if you require any more information at support@careerfairplus.com.
Immediate Action Required:
1. Please submit information to populate the Career Fair App ASAP – see above.
2. Ensure insurance documents are up to date and valid for Thursday, October 2nd 2025.
3. If booking by Invoice, forward the PO number to careersemployerscork@mtu.ie ASAP. You may book a stand without a PO number, but it must be submitted ASAP thereafter.
Important Information:
- Please ensure that your stand / equipment fits into the allocated size before selecting the stand size.
- Stand sizes cannot be amended on the day.
- Maximum of 1 stand per organisation.
- Maximum of 4 people per stand, there are no exceptions to this.

New Feature this year Banner Ad on Career Fair App:
- This year we are offering the ability to purchase Banner Ad space on the Career Fair App. Banner Ads can be purchased in limited numbers with your stand for €100.
- This Banner Ad is customisable and allows you to maximise the space you have on the App for your listing, adds colour to your listing and can be used to deliver key messages.
Insurance:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the visiting organisation you represent has:
- Employer Liability insurance (to the value of €13,000,000 Any One Occurrence).
- Public Liability Insurance (to the value of €6,500,000 Any One Occurrence).
Insurance Certs must be valid on the day of the Career Fair 02/10/25.
Indemnity to MTU for the duration of the event to be noted thereon.
You will be asked when booking to please confirm that your organisation has this in place and insurance will be valid on 02/10/25 via a check box, terms and conditions of which will be available to read when checking the box.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, a refund less an administrative fee, will be issued provided that the cancellation request is received by email at careerscork@mtu.ie, 28 days before the Fair. Cancellations received after this date will be charged the full rate.
