The MTU Staff Social Committee are delighted to announce the Staff Summer Barbeque, which will be at Cork’s newest outdoor venue at The Maldron Hotel South Mall, Cork City, on Friday 6th June 2025 at 7pm.
Tickets are priced at €25 per person. The menu is as follows:
Meat:
•Chargrilled Irish beef burger, matured cheddar cheese, brioche bun, relish, glazed onions
•Loughnanes tomato and basil sausages
•Baked potato with cheese sauce
Salads:
•Asian slaw with chilli dressing
•Rustic Baby Potato Spring onion and bacon salad
•Baby lettuce, red onions, cherry tomato, pickled cucumber, olive, carrot julienne, pepper feta cheese, house dressing
Vegan/Vegetarian options also available-
• Moroccan spiced falafel burger,
onion chutney, potato bun
• Roasted Mediterranean vegetable
and halloumi skewers, hummus
• Spinach and mushroom arancini
balls with red pepper and
cucumber relish
